This session is a professional recording of the session Daniel gave in London at the beginning of February. The recording will be shown first and Daniel will be available afterwards for questions and discussion via conference call. There will be a full paper and slides to accompany the session.
 
The session takes a practical look at costs applications, drawing on a wide range of unreported tribunal judgments.  Topics include:-

  • the impact of settlement offers and costs warnings
  • unnecessary/dishonest allegations
  • legally misconceived submissions
  • wasted costs against representatives
     
     

There will be an informal drinks reception and opportunity to network with fellow members after the session.
