In response to the current economic climate, ELA has launched a scheme to support lawyers wishing to enter the employment law field but who are unable to find work in the field. The scheme offers free access to our training programme, usually only available to ELA members. It is available to unemployed NQs within their first 2 years’ PQE who are wishing to become employment lawyers, whether or not they are members of ELA. It is also available to current ELA members who have been made redundant.
There are a limited number of places available free of charge under this scheme, which will be offered subject to availability and at the sole discretion of ELA. Whilst this scheme is offered across our entire training programme, where the course is residential, we regret we are unable to extend the offer to cover accommodation expenses.
To apply for places, under the ELA scheme for unemployed employment lawyers, please follow this link and complete the form.
