Find an Employment Lawyer

Definitions - Corporate Membership

To be eligible to be a corporate member there must be at least one qualified lawyer within your firm/chambers/organisation who is materially engaged in the practice of employment law in the British Isles. (see exception for voluntary sector organisations)

It is a condition of  corporate membership that only individuals who are  qualified or trainee lawyers materially engaged in the practice of employment law in the British Isles are entitled to benefit from that corporate membership. All such individuals must be notified to ELA. You may update the list of individuals under your corporate membership from time to time through the My ELA section of this site or by contacting the ELA Administration Office, and you will be asked to so annually on renewal of your membership.
