Definitions - Foreign Lawyer

“Foreign Lawyer” means any person who is fully qualified to practise law in a jurisdiction outside the UK in accordance with the rules regulating the legal profession in that jurisdiction, and who is practicing employment law to a material extent in the British Isles.
