Definitions - Member of the Judiciary

“Member of the Judiciary” means a judge, Master or district judge, or an Employment Tribunal Chairman or Chairman of the Industrial Tribunals and the Fair Employment Tribunal (N.Ireland) or a person authorised to act as such.
