Discount Scheme for Organisations with Five or More Members

The discount operates on a sliding scale depending on the number of members you have within your organisation. It is based on the starting fees of £80 for full members and £40 for associate members (see rates below):

To apply for membership under the discount scheme, please contact the ELA office with the names of the people in your organisation who you would like to be ELA members, indicating under each name whether they are a qualified lawyer or a trainee lawyer.

The level of discount members in your organisation are entitled to will be determined by the number of members you have at the time of applying and will not change for the rest of that membership year, however many members you may gain or lose during the course of the year – i.e. a snap-shot approach.

• 5-10 lawyers £72 each (full) £36 each (associate) 10% discount

• 11-15 lawyers £64 each (full) £32 each (associate) 20% discount

• 16-20 lawyers £56 each (full) £28 each (associate) 30% discount

• 21-25 lawyers £48 each (full) £24 each (associate) 40% discount

• 26+ lawyers £40 each (full) £20 each (associate) 50% discount

National organisations with office(s) in more than one region

Your fee will be calculated per region. Therefore, the discount level will start from scratch for each office(s) in each separate region.
