Paul McFarlane

Paul is a Partner at Capsticks who he joined in 2019. Prior to that he was a Partner for a decade at Weightmans and before that he was an in-house solicitor at London Transport and then Royal Mail. Paul has 25 years' post qualification experience advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment issues.
