The Employment Lawyers Association has a membership full of nationally and internationally recognised, leading employment law specialists. The ELA’s particular, unique feature is the breadth and diversity of the expertise of its members.
The ELA aims to address matters of contemporary concern in employment law and regulation using expert perspectives that mix private practice and in-house approaches. It strives for high quality outputs that have a broader societal impact.
