I get real satisfaction from helping my clients in their hours of need. I've been doing this since 1997 and before, and there is not much which I haven't seen already - so clients find I can usually help them sort out thorny employment issues, or help them to help themselves.

My work often helps people move on from issues in the past which hold them back, or get over current problems to free them up to make the most of the future.

I help my business and private clients sort out problems with employment. My firm has arrangements with the Legal Services Commission to offer Legal Help (a form of Legal Aid) to employees who are financially eligible.

I work with businesses to maximise cashflow and manage thorny staff issues. My work has also included mediation between, & representation of, business owners and employees. I am a qualified mediator.

I prefer to keep my clients in control of their cases, so that they only have to ask a Judge to decide if absolutely necessary. I use mediation and negotiation for this reason, as well as to save legal costs.

I qualified as a Solicitor in July 1997 and have been at Wards since September 2006.
