Response to the review of modern employment practices

The Government has responded to The Taylor Review of Modern Working Practices.

In addition to this response, the Government published four consultation documents to explore in detail some of the recommendations made by the review.

ELA will be responding to these consultations.The working party will be chaired by David Widdowson, Abbiss Cadres and Catrina Smith, Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.  If you are interested in joining the working party which ELA’s Legislative & Policy Committee is putting together, please email us by 5pm, Friday 16 February.
