1. What is working time?
2. Rights to rest breaks and rest periods.
3. Derogations and compensatory rest.
4. The right to annual leave (including accrual and carry over during sick leave, and the position of part-time, part-year and casual workers).

15 minute break for tea/coffee

3.45 – 5.00pm

5. Obligations on employers to secure these rights (including monitoring working hours).
6. Holiday pay (including what needs to be included in the calculation of a week's pay).
7. Remedies and compensation (including what amounts to a series of deductions).
