We are delighted to be joined for this session by world-leading behavioural change expert, entrepreneur, performance coach, podcaster, TEDx speaker and author, Andy Ramage.  The session has been organised by ELA’s Pastoral Committee as part of ELA’s Wellbeing for Employment Lawyers Series, designed to support members as we journey to the next phase of the pandemic and beyond.

A former professional athlete, Andy created two multimillion dollar city brokerages, but after achieving so much “success”, was left feeling unfit, unhealthy, overweight, stressed and unhappy. Believing that there was another way to be, Andy took a break from alcohol and studied the art of behavioural change and elite performance. Andy went on to co-found One Year No Beer - a movement that inspired over 100,000 people to transform their relationship with alcohol - write best-selling books, launch a podcast, deliver a TEDx talk, complete a Masters in coaching and positive psychology, coach elite professionals and launch a world-class coach training programme.

In this session, Andy - who understands the demands of working in high-pressure environments - will share some of the brilliant, practical tips about behaviour change, peak performance and human flourishing that he’s discovered along the way, including the benefits of taking a break from alcohol.

If you’re looking to upgrade your performance at work, your health or your habits, this session is for you. The session is exclusive to - and free of charge for - ELA members. We hope you can join us.

Once you have booked, you will receive an email containing the login details for the online event, please contact us if you have any queries.
