Paul Goulding QC will provide an update on recent cases on restrictive covenants, injunctions (including springboard and disk imaging orders), and the Government’s Call for Evidence on Non-Competes.

Paul Strelitz will give an update on Wrotham Park  relief often sought in restrictive covenant cases (if only as a backup) including what might work and what probably won’t. This will include the most recent case from the Court of Appeal, One Step (Support) Ltd v Morris-Garner and another [2016] EWCA Civ 180, which looks at Wrotham Park damages as a whole and examines the jurisprudence in this area.
