Keith Bryant QC, Outer Temple Chambers
Keith’s practice is focusses on pensions law and employment law and the areas of overlap between the two.

Andy Cork, Allen & Overy
Andy has vast experience on a range of technical and practical pension areas and supports some of A&O’s largest pension clients.

Keith and Andy will cover the most important strategic and technical changes in the pensions industry that every employment lawyer should know about.

Andy will cover big-picture trends such as the move away from employer-run defined contribution schemes to the use of third party "mastertrusts" and the Pension Regulator's powers following high-profile cases such as BHS and Carillion. He will also pick out some of the tricky technical issues that employers are facing when re-enrolling employees as part of the auto-enrolment regime.

Keith will focus on the calculation of pension loss in employment tribunal (and other) cases, explaining and demystifying the key concepts and the new Presidential Guidance.
