Calculate Employment Tribunal Time Limits
Accurately calculating time limits is crucial but can be difficult, particularly since the introduction of the Acas early conciliation regime complicated matters. To deal with these difficulties, Lewis Silkin created a simple-to-use calculator which is now available here.
This calculator is designed to deal with ordinary situations. It may not deal with every scenario. The calculator reflects the law as at [15 January 2023] and is intended for use as a quick ready reckoner. Members should not rely on this calculator and should complete their own calculations before advising or changing their position.
