I am an employment law solicitor with my own firm based in Newbury Berkshire, practising under the name Andrew Egan Associates from 72-73 Bartholomew Street Newbury RG14 5DU. I specialise in acting for both employers and employees and I deal with both contentious (Employment Tribunal) and non-contentious (employment contracts, policies and procedures) work.

You can contact me on 07904391756 or 01635 890560 or email andrew@andreweganassociates.co.uk

My advice is both legal and practical and focused on servicing the needs and requirements of my clients, and achieving the best outcomes for my clients. I advise on all aspects of employment law and Human Resources related matters for a wide range of businesses, companies and individuals.

I act for a large number of individuals advising on redundancy terminations and Settlement Agreements in many sectors, including the telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, and care home sectors.

Working closely with HR professionals, recruitment, accountants and financial advisers, I find it is of great benefit and value to my clients where they require support in these areas in relation to employment law.

For companies and businesses, employees are a large part of their business and therefore a significant cost, so it is important to have a happy and productive workforce, to have the right legal processes and structures in place, and to stay up to date on employment law matters.

I also regularly advise Employee's regarding their rights, who often need help when facing disciplinary or redundancy situations, dealing with grievances, sickness absence issues, discrimination, bullying and harassment issues, ACAS Early Conciliation and Employment Tribunal claims etc.
