In this session, the speakers will cover the following:

  • what is neurodiversity and what different terminology might be appropriate?
  • how does neurodiversity fit into our disability legislation under the Equality Act 2010?
  • best practice steps an employer can consider taking to support neurodivergent workers beyond a basic tick box exercise; and
  • supporting neurodivergent workers and employees in expressing their needs.

  • Sole licence - one viewer: £30 + VAT
  • Team licence - up to 10 viewers: £120 + VAT
