Moving on up – Social Mobility and Discrimination
The 2023 Annual Lecture will consider Social Mobility, the current position under discrimination law and potential developments on the law.
This will be a panel session in which we will discuss:
- The existing position under the Equality Act 2010 in England and Wales;
- Lessons that can be learned from how the Equality Act has been implemented in Scotland;
- Potential future developments of the law in this area;
- Obligations and guidelines for employers
