This one-hour practical webinar organised by ELA's Pastoral Committee will help you understand some key psychological processes that occur when you are dealing with difficult clients.  Such extra awareness will improve your ability to both serve your clients more effectively and also look after yourself better. This is equally as helpful with dealing with demanding employer clients as it is with needy or distressed employee clients.

This webinar will be brought to life by the sharing of personal experiences by our speaker Luke and chairperson Natasha. There will also be an opportunity for those attending to ask questions.

Luke Menzies is a dual-qualified Barrister and Solicitor and runs his own award-winning specialist employment law firm, Menzies Law. After receiving some powerful coaching himself, which fundamentally changed the way he practices employment law and manages his stress, Luke now coaches lawyers himself part of each week, with particular focus on stress management, greater self-awareness and better relationships/communication.  This experience makes Luke uniquely qualified to deliver a practical and informed webinar for ELA's members.
