In this session, we will cover the basics of employment due diligence (DD) in different deal scenarios, including vendor DD, buyer DD and auction DD. You will learn how to deal with common challenges and pitfalls, such as contradictory and late disclosures, red flag issues and immigration matters. You will also get practical tips on how to use DDQs, draft DD reports and manage your time and documents efficiently.
