- The dos and don’ts of pleading, including responding to pleadings prepared by litigants in person and formulating lists of issues
- Maximising the chances of success when applying to amend a claim, including where instructed by a previously unrepresented claimant
- Responding to amendment applications – what to concede and what to fight
- Applying for proportionate and effective unless orders in light of recent EAT decisions
- Bias and apparent bias – what a fair minded and informed observer would conclude
