This webinar will be covering some of the recent developments in the HMCTS reform programme. The reform programme marks a significant change to the way members will engage with the Employment Tribunals in the future and this webinar will take viewers through some of the fundamental aspects of the new MyHMCTS portal.

You may already have seen that in September 2023 the President of the Employment Tribunal asked ELA to share videos which showed members how to use the HMCTS portal, to provide an ET3 response form to the tribunal. This video gave professional users a first glimpse of what they would see when making such applications throughout the journey of a case. The video lasted 12 minutes and can still be watched here.

Many of our members are still not aware of the changes that have been made to the portal and may not have had the time to register and make use of the portal itself.

This national webinar is the first in a series, the subsequent webinars will be delivered regionally beginning with the MyHMCTS pilot regions and those regions which are due to launch very soon. All webinars are open to ALL members as we understand the cross regional working aspects of some firms, along with the regional nuances across the country which can be picked up in the regional versions.

There will be a chance to put forward questions at each of the webinars.

This event is free-of-charge.
