Evidence: What evidence to deploy; and how best to instruct, deploy and challenge expert witnesses.
Remedy: Planning, pleading and winning (for claimants and defendants) on remedy in the ET.
Causation: Dealing with issues of material contribution, divisible/indivisible injury and exacerbation.
