Using the Uber litigations around the world as a case study, the panel will provide updates on the status of the litigation developments in Europe, the USA, New Zealand and Australia. The panel will also explore relevant policy and legislative developments relating to the gig economy, often in response to judicial rulings on Uber. The panel will draw together any wider insights relating to the gig economy more generally.
