As a follow on to the first national webinar on MyHMCTS Reform on 30 November 2023, ELA members are invited to join two further national webinars delivered by ELA and HMCTS. In these latest webinars we will be targeting two of the pilot regions in the Midlands and Leeds and any issues related specifically to those portals.

Richard Fox, Chair, ELA HMCTS Reform Working Party and  Partner, Keystone Law, will be joined in the webinars by Mark Lewis, Employment Tribunals Service Manager and members of his team from the Department of Justice who will be covering some of the recent developments in the HMCTS reform programme. The reform programme marks a significant change to the way members will engage with the Employment Tribunals in the future and this webinar will take viewers through some of the fundamental aspects of the new MyHMCTS portal.

In September 2023 the President of the Employment Tribunal asked ELA to share videos which showed members how to use the HMCTS portal, to provide an ET3 response form to the tribunal. This video gave professional users a first glimpse of what they would see when making such applications throughout the journey of a case. The video lasted 12 minutes and can still be watched here.

Many of our members are still not aware of the changes that have been made to the portal and may not have had the time to register and make use of the portal itself.

All webinars are open to ALL members as we understand the cross regional working aspects of some firms, along with the regional nuances across the country.

There will be a chance to put forward questions at each of the webinars.
