I undertake both Claimant and Respondent work and my clients include local authorities, fire authorities and national companies. I am familiar with drafting contracts of employment and policies/procedures. I advise on disciplinary and grievance investigations. I also provide representation and advice at disciplinary hearings. I draft and advise on settlement agreements. I advise on public sector and TUPE transfers. I have experience of advising in relation to Equality Impact Assessments and the Public Equality Duty in the Public Sector.

I represent in the Employment Tribunal and Employment Appeal Tribunal on all aspects of discrimination as well as unfair dismissal and whistle blowing. My recent cases have involved whistle blowing, TUPE, unfair dismissal and sex/age/race/disability discrimination as well as collective disputes.

I am listed in the Legal 500 as a leading junior in Employment law.
