Jean-Marc is a partner and the founding partner of Ogletree Deakins Paris office, one of the sole fully international integrated firm fully dedicated to L&E (900 dedicated L&E lawyers). He became a lawyer in 1995. He specialises in Employment and Social Security Law and his practice has led him to work mainly on Employment Law aspects of the restructuring operations of national and international groups as well as on high executive remuneration packages and contracts. He has experience in the labour aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
Jean-Marc has extensive experience in resolving social unrest by amicable resolution and represents major French and international subsidiaries following trade union or employee representative disputes.

- Fixed fee for basic advice on terms and effect of a settlement agreement. (Fee starting from: 0.00 + VAT)
*Fixed fee arrangements will be based upon a scope of work set out in the member's engagement letter. (The scope may be limited and the eventual fee may be higher.)
