Talented Employment specialist who has a mainly Respondent based practice, representing Government Departments (as a result of being on the Treasury Solicitor panel to which he was reappointed in 2012), Local Authorities, NHS Trusts and corporations of all sizes with particular expertise in complex discrimination and victimisation claims. He moved to Guildhall Chambers to found its specialist employment team in 2012. He also has a particular interest in contract based issues, including restrictive covenant cases, and enjoys a national practice.
