Mulberry's Employment Law Solicitors was founded in 2007 by Zoe Lagadec.

Zoe read law at the University of Southampton and qualified with a leading London City firm in 2001. Zoe has been described by clients as "a consumate professional" "clear, courteous, and effective" and "friendly, proactive and efficient." Zoe aims to provide a fast, personal service at affordable rates, without compromising an exceptionally high standard of work. Our client feedback confirms this has more than been achieved.

Zoe has successfully brought and defended a wide range of employment claims including complex and nationally reported cases involving human rights, large class actions following mass redundancies, high value equal pay claims, sex, race and disability discrimination claims, whistle-blowing claims and high court litigation.

Zoe's clients include national and international charities, not for profit organisations, trade unions, trusts and many SME's. She also provides employment law advice and assistance to a wide and diverse range of employees, from casual workers to senior executives. Zoe was a Senior Lecturer in Employment Law at the University of Brighton from 2008 until 2011 and is an experienced CIPD trainer. She regularly holds seminars and workshops on all areas of employment law. Zoe was a Visiting Fellowship at the School of Industrial and Labour Relations, Cornell University New York where she expanded her knowledge of international labour law. Zoe also qualified as a Workplace Coach recently and can offer coaching to employees and corporate clients.

Zoe is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the International Society for Labour Law, the European Employment Lawyers Association and Social Security and the Industrial Law Society.

Outside work Zoe enjoys yoga, the arts, nature and spending time with her family.
