Paul has over 20 years’ experience in people-related support. He is an employment solicitor and employee relations specialist with significant commercial and leadership experience. He is achievement-oriented and is driven by pragmatic problem-solving and people-development.

Having spent most of his career in-house, Paul has undertaken many roles such as Head of Legal, Head of Employee Relations and Senior Legal Counsel. He has experience across multiple industries, including financial services, construction, engineering, aviation and pharmaceutical, as well as the public and voluntary sectors.
