Frédérique is an employment law specialist, and a member of the Paris bar and has practiced law since 1991. She advises on all aspects of French employment and social security laws, including employment agreements, management packages and benefits, regulations governing the workplace, restructurings, transactions, dismissals (both individual and collective), and defense of wrongful termination cases and other labor law litigation. Languages: French and English. Frederique is a former Chair of the Employment and Immigration committee with the IPBA and is currently serving as At-Large Council member for Europe with that association (https://ipba.org). Frederique is also a member of various International employment lawyers associations.
