Qualified in 2002 after training at Fieldings Porter and have since worked with Heckford Norton, Deighton Guedalla, JR Jones, Duncan Lewis, Prolegal and Freemans before joining Jurit in July 2020.

As well as litigation, I advise both employees and employers on contracts and post termination restrictions, policies, procedures, Settlement Agreements, disciplinary matters, absences, TUPE, redundancy, discrimination complaints, whistleblowing, issues with pay (including holiday pay) and other grievances.

Fees
- Fixed fee for basic advice on terms and effect of a settlement agreement. (Fee starting from: 350.00 + VAT)
- Fixed fee first meeting. (Fee starting from: 300.00 + VAT) *
*Fixed fee arrangements will be based upon a scope of work set out in the member's engagement letter. (The scope may be limited and the eventual fee may be higher.)
