Adrian acts for employers and employees in connection with all aspects of employment law. His work for employers includes:
- preparing and advising on contractual documentation and non-contractual policies and procedures;
- managing disciplinary and grievance issues;
- drafting and enforcing restrictive covenants;
- advising on redundancy, disciplinary proceedings and termination of employment; and
- defending Tribunal proceedings.

His work for employees includes:
- advice and negotiation relating to contracts of employments and restrictive covenants;
- negotiation of severance packages and settlement agreement terms;
- advising on and assisting with disciplinary and grievance procedures;
- identifying statutory and contractual breaches by employers;
- discrimination harassment and victimisation complaints and claims;
- whistleblowing; and
- pursuing claims and injunctions in the Employment Tribunals and the courts.

Adrian regularly acts for corporations (both UK based and international), senior executives, professionals, charities and local government bodies in connection with a variety of matters.

Having originally trained as a barrister, Adrian has a background in commercial litigation & dispute resolution.

Adrian was admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2003.

Fees

  • Fixed fee for basic advice on terms and effect of a settlement agreement. (Fee starting from: 500.00 + VAT)
  • Fixed fee first meeting. (Fee starting from: 395.00 + VAT) *

*Fixed fee arrangements will be based upon a scope of work set out in the member's engagement letter. (The scope may be limited and the eventual fee may be higher.)
