I qualified as a Solicitor in 2001 and have specialised in Employment Law ever since. I trained and worked in top 200 law firms. I am fluent in Portuguese and have good knowledge of Spanish.
I have experience of all areas of Employment Law, including TUPE, insolvency in a TUPE context, unfair dismissal, disability, sex, race and sexual orientation discrimination. I have acted on behalf of large companies and PLCs on Tribunal matters and advised on all aspects of non-contentious Employment Law.
I work closely with the HR departments of companies of all sizes, including PLCs and large companies. I have a great deal of experience in advising clients in the construction, motor, food manufacture, security and education sectors.
I provide in-house training for organisations of all sizes.
