Employment law solicitor advising companies and senior executives on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters with experience in advising on high-value High Court (including a group claim action representing 414 clients in consolidated claims) and injunctive relief matters as well as Employment Tribunal litigation.

Examples of areas in which I advise include:

• employment terminations, including disciplinary and grievance matters;
• restrictive covenants and confidentiality;
• employment aspects of share purchases, asset purchases and outsourcing, including due diligence and warranties;
• data protection and data subject access requests;

• employment Tribunal and High Court litigation;
• Agency Workers Regulations; and
• drafting and updating various Employee Handbook policies.

I deliver classroom-based and bespoke training and have done so for over 8 years on a range of topics and I have delivered a three-day intensive employment law course on several occasions.

I have regularly presented at my Firms' seminars and have spoken about legal updates to HR Business Partners and in-house Counsel of leading London hotels, museums and other household name organisations.
