Deborah is a partner in the London employment team at Irwin Mitchell. She advises senior executives and directors on all aspects of employment law including whistleblowing, discrimination and equal pay. Deborah has particular experience in the financial services sector and has dealt with many executive terminations negotiating high value settlement agreements for her clients.
Deborah trained at Clyde & Co and qualified in September 2001. She was the Head of the national employment team at Slater and Gordon before joining Irwin Mitchell in 2021.
She graduated with a degree in Law from the University of East Anglia and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law in Guildford . Deborah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and frequently comments on employment law issues in the media and writes articles for a variety of publications.
