Suzanne McKie QC is the founder of Farore Law, a highly specialised law firm. It provides services in the fields of discrimination (including sexuality), sexual harassment, equal pay, sexual abuse and related mental health issues. It advises clients on contentious and non-contentious matters both within the employment sphere and outside. It will advise and act for clients in the employment tribunals and civil courts covering ordinary civil claims (including personal injury claims for mental health issues, stress, mental illness arising from discrimination, harassment and/or abuse). Claims covered outside the employment sphere include, for example, where the harassment or discrimination occurs within academic institutions, within training organisations, on the part of public bodies, at the hands of clients, within partnerships etc. Farore Law also has particular regulatory expertise and conducts investigations on behalf of law firms, chambers and companies. Farore Law is authorised and regulated by the SRA.
