I am a Partner at Tollers LLP. I provide practical and commercial advice to businesses on all areas of HR and employment law, specialising in complex restructures, reorganisations and business transfers.
I particularly enjoy getting to know my clients so my advice is tailored to meet their individual needs. I am a firm believer that prevention is better (and cheaper!) than a cure, and encourage employers to contact me at an early stage of the process when a more favourable outcome can often be achieved.
I work closely with the firm’s corporate commercial team, advising on the employment aspects of transactions and commercial documentation.
I also offer guidance to senior executives often those at Board level with shareholdings who find themselves in difficulty with their employer and assists clients with internal proceedings such a system disciplinary, grievances, redundancy and the negotiation of exit packages / settlements agreements
