I qualified in 2006 having trained at a boutique law firm where I was previously a paralegal in the employment team for 4 years.

I specialise in all aspects of employment law with particular focus on providing strategic, practical advice to employers on the whole spectrum of employment and HR issues. I have particular experience and expertise in TUPE, restructures and reorganisations.

During my career I have gained vast experience in acting for a range of employers in both the private and public sectors ranging from SMEs to Plcs, Registered Providers of Social Housing, universities and schools. An experienced Employment Tribunal Advocate I have acted for a range of employers in the successful defence of complex discrimination claims and TUPE disputes as well as more day to day unfair dismissal claims.

My focus is on delivering commercial practical solutions for my clients.
