Julie Anne Clarke is a partner within the Employment Law and Data Protection teams.

Julie Anne has advised and represented public sector, private sector and charitable employers on a wide range of contentious and non contentious employment matters.

Julie Anne has represented clients at tribunal in unfair dismissal, redundancy claims, working time regulations, fair employment, sex, disability, race and age discrimination claims. She advises on all employment aspects of corporate transactions, including TUPE, and on the termination of employment and post-employment matters. In addition, Julie Anne drafts and advises on employment contracts, policies, procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues. She provides clients with support and training on a wide range of employment issues, including the Working Time Regulations and contractual issues, as well as advising clients on collective issues, industrial action and generally managing employee relations.

Julie Anne also provides clients with advice and training in relation to Data Protection and GDPR.

Julie Anne is a member of the Employment Lawyers Group NI and Employment Lawyers Association and regularly speaks at seminars and workshops. She is a former member of the Board of the Labour Relations Agency. Julie Anne is also a member of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal.
