Majella Culbert is a senior manager and solicitor in PwC and leads the Northern Ireland employment law team. Majella is qualified to practice in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and can also provide English employment law advice. Majella has specialised in the area of employment law since she qualified and has over ten years of experience of acting on behalf of a predominatly employer client base in relation to all aspects of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. This includes advising in relation to contractual employment matters, reumuneration and NMW compliance, employment policies, disciplinary and grievance procedures, compromise agreements dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and TUPE matters.
