I am a partner at Stevens & Bolton LLP and head the employment, immigration and pensions department there.

I advise on the full range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting contracts and staff handbooks, advising on dismissals and termination packages, redundancies and reorganisations, discrimination, family friendly rights and advising in relation to and preparing for tribunal claims. I have particular expertise in advising on TUPE and business transfers, both in the context of outsourcing and business sales.

In addition, I am experienced in all aspects of business immigration law and also advise in relation to obtaining indefinite leave to remain and naturalisation. I regularly advise employers and individuals in relation to the points based immigration system, including assisting employers with the sponsorship registration process, assigning certificates of sponsorship and entry clearance and extension applications.
