I am a practising solicitor and a partner in the firm of Gullands LLP in Maidstone, Kent. I have a wide range of experience of contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for local businesses of all sizes as well as not for profit organisations on a wide range of employment matters, eg, provision of contract and handbooks, advice on termination of contracts and representation in the Employment Tribunals. I also have a special interest in the ways Social Media has brought new opportunities and dangers to the employment relationship. The Department provides seminars and tutorials throughout Kent in conjunction with other professionals and provides editorial content for several Kent publications. I have also provide legal commentary for BBC Radio Kent on several occasions throughtout 2020 and 2021. I have been named in Chambers and Legal 500 on several occasions as an “Associate to Watch” and as an "Up and Coming Partner"
