This talk will deal with particular issues that arise when entertainment intersects with employment law. The talk will cover employee/worker status issues that arise in the industry as well as procedural issues that may be engaged when litigating and settling such cases in the Employment Tribunal.
This session will be co-presented by Edward Kemp and Sara Mansoori KC of Matrix Chambers. Edward will present the employment law aspects of the session and Sara, a specialist media silk, will provide her insights into the issue of privacy in ET litigation.
