Shalini is a partner with In Se Legal, an Indian law firm with offices in London and India. Shalini is dual qualified - she is a member of the Bar Council of India and qualified as an Indian advocate; sheis also admitted to the Law Society of England & Wales as a solicitor but restricts her practice to Indian law and jurisdiction. Shalini has been advising on Indian employment law since 1992 and is a specialist on Indo-UK employment and business matters.
Shalini and the In Se Legal team work closely with UK lawyers and in-house HR teams to support queries relating to Indian law. The team advises on a range of issues including both contentious and non-contentious matters; on-boardinf documentation and compliance with Indian law; transfer of employees; terminations and grievances etc.
Shalini splits her time between India and UK and advises companies in the UK, US and across Europe on matters relating to Indian law and jurisdiction.
