The Employment Lawyers Association has nine sub committees, each of which has an elected committee chair who sits on the ELA management committee (known as ManCo).
These sub committees, along with our regional representatives, broadly represent the core services ELA delivers to its members. ManCo and all the ELA sub committees are made up of volunteers from the membership and include barristers, solicitors from firms who represent both employees and employers, in-house counsel and professional support lawyers.
